I did a YogaThon at Yoga and Inner Peace in Lake Worth, Florida this Saturday. The benefit was to raise money for Cancer for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. I did 100 rounds of sun salutations...WOW! I probably could have done more, but got a little hungry. I don't I have ever done that many sun salutations continuously. It was like the boot camp of Yoga.
It was for a very good cause though and I got that warm fuzzy feeling your are supposed to get. Two of my very generous clients sponsored me for the event...check out their websites...they do good work!

I just noticed that I inadvertently wore the same exact colors as my logo!!! Intuition in action...I certainly didn't plan it!
